Flat jello jiggly but and thighs.?!
Question: How do you get some shape for a beautiful hiney without gyms of exercise equipment? I want to do more isometrics or kalesthetics. I have lost all the weight I want to and now its about toning up. My upper legs (thighs) and **** need help. Its like you cant tell where my legs and and my **** starts. Hubby thinks im going crazy but my daughter said i had a flat ****. Something like using a counter, floor or my own body weight to get a nice ****. If you know of any to help the **** an upper legs simultaniously... I would greatly apreciate the suggestions!!

Squats or weighted lunges combined with an aerobic activity like jumping in a superset (straight after each other) is a good start. Hill running is also good (sprint up, walk down) but just get moving thats the real key.
Seriously the best thing is to walk briskly everywhere and run up stairs two at a time whenever you meet them. Also running on a beach helps loads (although I don't enjoy it at all!)
