The best way to burn the fat and tone your body is through a combination of a healthy diet and exercise. Some sort of resistance training or weight training is a good idea because new muscle needs lots of calories while it's being built and to maintain itself.

Combine that with a good healthy diet and you'll be able to burn all that excess body fat. One thing to remember with diet is that you don't want to cut to many calories but you do want to get your calories from healthy sources.
