Health nuts! I need your help!?!

Question: Ok so im in my late teens, and lately ive noticed that ive been gaining some extra weight. sadly, the scale conformed my nightmare. i mentioned it to my best friend who is also my mother and she said that she had noticed it as well. :(
so ive tried eating healthier and exercising, but have found it really difficult to eat healthy while my friends (who couldnt gain a pound if they tried) are eating junk. could anyone please tell me a healthy alternative to these junk foods, like those hundred calorie packs perhaps? Any thing with chocolate!
any help is appreciated, and i wish a long healthy life to everyone!

those hundred calorie packs are not good for you. don't worry about calories. that has become so big right now, but it is pointless. try focusing on health. eat foods that are healthy. are 100 calorie packs low in calories? yes. are they good for you though? no. do you see where im going? being unhealthy=fat. being healthy=skinny. if you want to lose weight get healthy! eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, limit meat, limit dairy. have organic foods. exercise regularly. if you must have chocolate, get organic chocolate bars (which are really good) and have it be a high percentage of dark chocolate (since dark is good for you). dont eat to much though, just cause its organic doesnt mean it wont make you gain weight. so dont overeat on anything, and limit sweets. start shopping at whole foods, they have a great selection of organic health foods. dont drink soda. drink lots of water. avoid aspartame, natural flavors (which are not natural, but contain neotane and aspartame, do the research, its horrible for you) avoid processed sugar, avoid trans fats, also known as partially hydrogenated oils, or hydrogenated oils, processed flour, white flour.

trust me, to get thin, you must get healthy! there is no other way. try any other fad diet and you will just gain the weight back and ruin your health.

btw, look into drinking ACV. its apple cider vinegar. i can reccommend bragg organic apple cider vinegar. read the book on it, you can find it at whole foods. its not the best tasting or best smelling, but its good for you. it will not only aid in losing weight, it will make you more healthy, and it will do wonders for your skin. make sure its organic though.

best of luck on your road to healthy eating and weight loss!

I have used many things, but the latest that I love is the downloads that I got from Independent Achievement Productions. I use them every night when I go to bed. They have worked on getting my subconscious to get my body to do several things. One is to eat half on my plate..... one is to crave water .....one is to remove my sugar addiction and I have one to want to crave exercise. They really work, even though I'm asleep while they are playing.
