What to eat for excercising?!


Question: Im 15, and my crew team is starting practice in a few days, I was wondering what I can eat along with all the workout from the practices to burn fat and biuld muscle, mostly abs. thanks

Have a healthy and balanced permanent diet: dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white.

and here is example of my perfect meal:

Eat high protein foods and low carbohydrate foods.

Banana.. milk skimmed good for you

Lots of protein. Take some vitamins too that will help. Glutamine isnt bad. Eggs in the mornin. And turkey, chicken, or tuna with little mayo for other meals. Dont forget your veggies. :)

Eat plenty of protein , this helps build muscle and stimulates the body into burning fat . But it is very important to eat a healthy balanced diet ,so I would suggest you speak to your coach who should be able to introduce you to a sports diatision.
