Am I overeating?!

Question: I am a 14 year old male, 155 cm. (5'2")

I around 2500-3000 calories, but they are healthy calories (protein, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, good fats and oils, grains) and i also drink lots and lots of water.

I have done some reasearch and most people suggest 2500+ or between 2500 and 3000, some even say 3000+ is fine for teenage guys but some people have told me that it is waaaaay too much and that teens should not exeed 2000!!!

Do you think i am overeating? What should i do?

no, i dont think you are overeating. being 14, your body is doing alot of growing and can handle those ecess calories considering you weigh over 100 pounds. If your hungary, EAT! if your not, then stop eating. i know its easier said than done but moms dont say "have some more your a growing boy" for nothing dude. i eat the same amount of calories as you and im 21 6'1" 150lb BUT i am not growing much taller than this. get it? thats my take on the situation.

If your not fat then no..you probably just have a really high matabolism..but you need to be careful because when you get older it could slow down.

No, but if you're eating to many carbs and protein it's tends not to be very healthy for you. You can overdo healthy foods and it no longer remain healthy when ingested.

no u are a growing young man, so long as u stay active and keep eating healthy

it depends if you have an active lifestyle. if you eat around 2500-3000 calories /day but you do exercise 3x a week, then that's okay.

Your diet is very good, and if you are exercising in addition to that, it's also good. The only real way to know how much calories to intake, is find it yourself with BMR (basal metabolic rate).
