How healthy is this?!


Question: For breakfast I had a cup of oatmeal and a 12 ounce orangejuice

for lunch I had a honey bbq grilled chicken wrap with lettuce and pickles with tater tots

for dinner I had a giant salad with grilled chicken, crackers, shredded cheese, jalp and ranch dressing

Other then the juice I drank about a gallon of water all day

ITS GOOD BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST THREE HEALTHY SNACKS IN BETWEEN YOUR MEALS.

Breakfast is good, you could add a little protein so you don't feel hungry, or real fruit. lunch and dinner are okay, but the tater tots and fatty dressings could go. Try adding a little bit more veggies or fruit through the day. A gallon of water is good, but you don't have to drink that much. Otherwise, not too bad.

Lol its okay, but maybe a little you need something a little more healthier.

Tater tots...not healthy. I would have had low cal ranch and low fat cheese. That's just me, but maybe that 's an improvement as to what you are used to eating. Try adding veggies as a side instead of fatty foods. Saves alot of calories.
