A question about exercise equiptment.?!
Question: Can someone help me with the name of a piece of exercise equiptment? I used one in a gym one time and it really helped. Description: It is a small wheel with a handle sticking out on either side. You get down on your knees, put your hands on the handles, and roll the wheel forward as it really works your back, your arms, and especially your abs and gut. And then you roll it back towards yourself. I can't find one in a store so I'd like to order one online. If I knew the name of it, that would help.

It's called an ab wheel. They're very inexpensive...only $7.49 on Amazon.com.
