How to calculate how many calories i need?!
Question: okay so heres the deal
im 16 and want to loose fat and NOT mucle and i need to know how many calories i need....i have a fair to muscular build....i am 5'7 and 165 pounds but i have the fastest metabolism in the world like i eat 1000 calorie meals and im hungry 2 hours later....i work out and ive been trying to find how many calories i REALLY need....most of the online calculators tell me like 2300 - 2600 a day for maintnence but if i were to even eat that i would be starving....i eat way more than that daily and i eat unhealthy food but i still dont gain weight...my metabolism is really fast....i need to know how many calories i need

stay away from unhealthy foods when ever possible. Keep a log of what you eat, how many calories, fat etc, and how you feel. After a week look over the log. That should give you an idea of what areas need work, or what you ate, (healthy), that filled you up. There are many websites that can give you nutritional information.
You can also consult with a doctor.
Most of those online calculators use a base to start with. They dont take into account that everyone is different.
Quit eating sugar and your hunger will go away.
