ok i live on the 15th floor in an apartment.
everyday i walk up and down the stairs, i dont use the elevator... every tuesday, thursday and saturday: i do 200 crunches with 3kg weights (i do them by 50 at a time) between these rests i do that thing wer i keep my legs up for 30 sec. then i do 10 pushups, 50 weightlifts with each arm (5kg)... then repeat until i did this 4 times (200 crunches ;)
i need to know if this is enough as a workout session and if i HAVE to do this everyday or just every 2 days, cuz i heard from a friend that everyday is bad for the muscles... naturally the stairs is an everyday thing
my diet is clean, but i do eat SOME junk food once in a while
im not fat im thin/average, my muscles show but i have a thin layeer of fat i need to flush out, cuz its hiding my abs.. but my arms are thin... :( what i want to achieve is a good fit body wiht some muscles...pls give me some advice on the routine

It's good to only train each set of muscles once every other day, so that they have a day to recover (which is when they actually grow/strengthen).
You sound like you're doing a heck of a lot of exercise and burning a LOT of calories. Make sure you're eating the right amount too - too little and your body will go into starvation mode, too many of course meaning you won't lose weight.
