Not at all. If you are benching that much, you are fine. Maybe you could use some toning or muscling up (I really don't know, since I don't know you), but from what I can tell, you are perfectly within the healthy range for someone your height (and damn are you tall compared to me).

If you feel you need to lose some weight, then do so, UNDER the regulation of a trainer or someone who can help you do it safely, otherwise, just enjoy it.

Good Luck

no i dont think your overweight its probably muscle or something

Sounds about right. But im 16 and 5'11" and i only weigh 140. Planning on gaining some weight this summer, muscles only of course.

You sound like a strong, healthy guy. Did you know muscle weighs more than fat? I don't think 170 is too much at all.

I think that if you make healthy choices when it comes to food and if you exercise the right way, your body will find its "set point" - the weight that each body functions best at.

Accoding to my books you shouldn't get over 179. Are you muscular? You have to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. You say you are not fat, so you're not fat!

Your metabolism will change in your 20's, so always be aware NOT to get fat. :)

eat a high protein diet, and cut down on your calorie intake and keep working out with weights or iosometrics and start running....

Running will take you to the next level....

At 5'11 your ideal weight would be 177 lbs so 170 lbs is fine.
