After a while of consistent squatting they won't be that sore following workouts.
Pain from exercise is not from the actual muscle. It is from lack of oxygen in the muscle. Breathe properly when you are exercising. This can decrease the pain from exercising dramatically.
your gonna have to suck it up for a day or two....but a hot bath then ice packs helps me
don't squat anymore
