The actual size of yr stomach is determined by the size of yr own upturned both palms together. This is the plate size (believe it or not this is fact). You can pretty much eat what you like so long as each mealtime (3-4 per day of course) you don't exceed this volume. I lost 3 and half stone and can still eat pizza, Indian food, Roast dinner, dine out, cake, soups & baguette, Fajitas etc, so long as I don't eat more than my actual stomach size. Anything else is portion distortion.

you need 6 meals a day to work your metobolism

they do your calculations and they tell you what to eat good luck
too much bread alot of veggies though,,,thats good.Im sure not alot,but cut back on the bread
