Doing sit-ups takes too long.
If you lay down on the floor with your hands above/behind your head holding onto something, lift your legs up straight and when they get to about a 45degree angle then u very slightly (almost no bend, keep them nearly straight) bend your knees as you move your legs upto to the final 90degree angle, then release them back down again.

That helps tones your thighs a tiny bit, and it really puts alot more pressure on your abs compared to sit-ups.

Also, if u do sit-ups, hold a weight behind your head, like 5Kg.

Becareful, too much muscle will make your stomach look bigger.

Put you hand criss cross on your chest and do sit ups. start of with someone holding your feet down and move off that gradually

Tucks

ok..this is hard to explain seeing as i made it up, but it works for me

stand up straight and arms on either side. Tense your butt and 'tuck' it in foward...get it? do this about 50 times, literaly
