If you exercise moderately 5 times per week then you need about 1800 calories to maintain your weight. If you exercise 3 times per week it would be 1700. There is a calculator at this site you can put the numbers into: http://www.diet-blog.com/archives/2005/1... You can change the exercise intensity, if you are doing intense exercise then you need even more calories. I hope you're not trying to lose weight, you are thin already!

Don't calorie count. The number doesn't really matter too much. What's important is what those calories are made up of. Avoid fats as much as possible as well as simple carbs (sugars). Proteins will almost never be converted to fat, and complex carbs (breads and veggies) can be converted to fat if you are inactive and have a slow metabolism. Using this info, eat whenever you have cravings. 5 or 6 small meals a day is best.
