I need some tips on how to lose weight plez help me?!

Jogging is the BEST way to Lose weight! So Jog your little heart out!! Start with 3 miles a day for a couple of weeks and then one the soreness goes away run 4 miles. Run at least 5 days a week. and drink lots of water and eat lots of protein ( chicken, eggs ) Good Luck!! if I can do it anyone can!!
Eat right, watch your calories, exercise, drink lots of water. Be persistent.
