Question about CytoGainer and adding some muscle?!

Question: I am 22, 6 ft. or a little bit over, and weight around 155 lbs. The most I have ever weighed was about 165 or so. I worked out at home in my garage with a weight bench set for about a year just doing generic exercises and I got a little definition and was in shape but stll thin. I am not looking to be a WWE contender or anything but I realize that now that I have joined a gym and I have a friend showing me exercises he does and he is a built guy, that I need a little more weight on me to get some true results. I'm shooting for about 180-185 and looking lean but that would be impossible for me without supplements. I heard that CytoGainer is a very good product for just that and I am thinking of purchasing it. Any feedback would be appreciated, also as long as I train while drinking it I should be ok right?

Don't waste your money on CrytoGainer or any other funky product that claims to have proprietary ingredients that will help you bulk up... If you're trying to gain weight you need to increase your daily calories and protein. Eat lots of protein, drink a lot of milk and add 2-3 protein shakes in there spread out through the day.

Almost all of those gainer products are just some junk thrown together to make money and have some guy in the picture who is totally jacked up on steroids claiming he got that way by using their product.
