Would walking around my room be a good idea every time i watch tv?!
Question: Like say i want to watch tv, but i make myself walk around my room to watch it so that i stay active. Would this help in weight loss.

Any activity is better than none, but honestly no, you won't burn very much energy this way, and are unlikely to see much in the way of results. A complete fitness plan will include a calorie deficit, sufficient protein intake, proper hydration, hypertrophy training, insulin management and a variety of other factors. I talk quite a bit about diet and fitness on my blog, you may want to check it out at http://fitnessratchet.com
You would be better off peddling a stationary bike while watching TV.
No - you won't be able to listen and concentrate, and you will get dizzy. Watch TV if you want, but walk outside later.. (And before)
Running in place would be better. Jumping jacks. Sit-ups during commercials. Yeah, great idea.
Yeah, but you might get dizzy.
It probably does help but you are not really exercising.
