Can anybody plan a diet for me consisting of 1200 calories a day or less?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight by dieting, obviously, i will be eating more healthy foods on days that I'll eb exercising which at the moment is 3 times a week.

I don't really eat over 1800 calories anyway so this isn't extreme, I know the score with calories but I'm no good at preparing foods lol

I need mostly vegetarian foods if possible cos I don't cook meat, however, I do eat a little meat if it has been prepared by someone else or is ready cooked.

first try havin your 5 a day which helps and drink your water,,,im dieting at the moment i lost a stone so far in 4 weeks so im doin steadily,,virety is important to ,,breakfast,either=weetabix (or healthy cereal)with skimmed milk or fruit and a big glass of fruit juice or be good to yourself croissent or yogurt and banana.... lunch=tuna in pitta bread or tuna pasta or soup and brown breaded toast or scrambled egg on toast or jacket potatoe with beans( i try to have more of my carbs in the day not at nite) dinner=my sis is a vegerterian so she has meat free things..normally i have ,,chicken in tortillas and salad or fish fingers and veg with potato wedges or fake mince meat chill i n rice(coz it has no fat)or cod and veg...and in the evening i have a hot chocolate with a treat like a penguin or so,,if i have been under my calories,,but i always treat myself to a take away once a week an allowe myself bad things if i really need it,,,i have only canderel tablets in teas n coffees to,,u can always email me if u need any more help or advice it helps wen other are dieting to,,also i got a food sheet from my doctor of all the things u should once a day or once a week,,,n lots of variety so u dont get bored good luck huni hope i kinda helped lol xo( the person up above has never obvisly been over weight you must allow treats or u will get so deprived u will end up eating more than wat u would have instead of allowin a treat,,paul mckenna cd helps he is amazin he teaches u how to learn to be with food,,,he always says have treats coz u cant depive ureself my sister ate healthy exercised and treats few times a week she has lost 3 stone now n kept it off,,where as my firends cousin was so stricked she deprived herself so much she ended up so depressed n deprived of things she ended up eatin to much all over again n put hers bak on so rememeber that ,xo http://www.paulmckennabooks.co.uk/ this will help u ,,also feel free to email me if u need any advice or support we all no its hard loosin weight starfish.angelfish@yahoo.co.uk

grab a copy of weight watchers cookbook - it has points and calories and will give you excellent lunch, dinner and pudding options - breakfast just eat some cereal and milk.

u can reduce ur weight if u follow the tips below strictly

1) Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing.
2) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.
3) Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.
4) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
5) Don
