You do not need to lose weight. Your BMI is 21, which is actually towards the lower end of the scale.

For legs, abs: Try skipping/running/swimming at least 30min of activity a day for results to show.

Arms: Weights/Pushups or run with one of those weighted wrist straps.

Abs: Do crunches on a stability ball.

If you are eating healthy, keep doing so. If not, start, because your body needs all those lovely nutrients to build itself up.

To lose weight off your bottom, just do some cardio because when you burn calories, they are burned from all over your body, not a specific area. Good Luck!

Eat well (and regularly), and exercise.

you are really tall for your age. and based on your height vs. weight, i dont think you need to lose ANY weight. if you want to get toned, stick to track and lifting weights.

umm yea you dont need to loose weight...but if you wanna gain some muscle then you should try doing 8 minute abs...squats for the butt...and pushups for your arms...if you can get some dumbells you should do some exercises with those

eat loads of vegetables and fruit, exercise and don't miss lunch breakfast or dinner, don't eat snacks inbetween.

sit ups for stomache also buy some 4kg weights its a good place to start.
make sure you do a lot of stretches
it makes you more flexy
and more capable to do things,
some press ups
and maybe if u can manage it
some bench weight lifts

squats and crunches. when i ran track i would stay and run stairs that really works on your butt! if you start out do a few squats and crunches at a time and build up you will be fine!

you are skinnty but if you want to lose weight try eating lean cuisines for lunch fruit in the morning and have your carbs then
do ab crunches while watching t.v.
and go on the treadmill for 20 minutes a day
make sure you have some carbs in your diet though so you arent sick
have most of them in the morning is the key to carbs :]

hope i helped!
God Bless!

The only thing that will work is exercise and diet. No fad diets, just count calories.

eat right. run a lot. running helps to burn the fat. do crunches and situps and also to work your lower abs, lay on your back and keep your legs straight. then slowly lift your legs in the air till they are not straight up at a 90 degree angle but about 125 degree angle then slowly bring your legs back to the floor with out them touching the floor and repeat.

eat well, healthy i mean. and even though you started track, that doesn't mean that you are going to lose a lot of weight just on that. i do track also, the most i ever lost was 10lbs, but i worked my butt off for that, but i did not run on weekends. you must also run on weekends. your not going to lose a whole lot of weight before mid spring, but its a start. on weekends, you should run for maybe 2 hours at the speed of around 6.5 to 8mph on the treadmill. you should go to the gym, it really helps especially if that place has a trainer. A good place to go would be Bally Fitness Center, great gym and very big.

you should eat well and that includes certainportions of food and make sure you eat fruits and vegatables. Next you should excersise for about 30 mins that mans playing ouside and maybe you can do situps and pushups those workd on your legs and arms for more tips go on:

hope this helps=]

since your already on line look up some good workouts don't over do it, do some crunches, some lunges, and some squats. Plus look at your diet (don't go on a diet) see if your eating healthy you would be surprised how unhealthy you could be eating. Hope this helps I'm trying to do the same thing.

Your BMI is 21.5 which is normal so you don't need to lose any weight. If you want to gain some muscle, get a few magazines and follow the routines they have in there.

You arlready have the answer. You started track. 'Run Forrest Run'! Best of luck, I was on the opposite end at your age, weighed about 67 lbs. Yeah, now I need to lose a few.
