Which sugar free protein powder can you recommend?!
Question: My partner is on a programme to tackle sugar addition and one of the things he has to do is have 3 meals a day that contain a reasonable amount of protein. Lunch and dinner is easy, eggs, fish, cheese etc. but for breakfast as he doesn't eat a cooked breakfast he has been given a recipe for a drink containing milk, juice, oatmeal, and sugar free protein powder. Can anybody recommend a suitable protein powder, and where we would guy this (in the UK) - I have never heard of protein powder before. he is not doing this to built up body muscle, it is not a HIGH protein diet, he just has to ensure he has consistent protein particlarly at breakfast. Can anybody help?

My favourite one you probably can't get in UK - it's called Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein. it's just a whey protein powder with no flavouring. i'm sure they would have something similar in a UK supermarket. Try a health food store or online as well.
it's great because it's low-sugar and you can add it to just about anything - milk, fruit juice, smoothies etc.
good luck.
i forgot to add - make sure it's not flavoured. get 'natural' flavour or none at all. look out for 100% whey protein powder.
it doesnt taste nasty or anything :)
i add it to bananas, milk, yoghurt and honey. i have that for breakfast sometimes.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
