Reversing meal order?!


Question: I hear a lot of people say that you shouldn't eat heavily before bed, and therefore your dinner should be light.

So why can't I have traditional dinner foods for breakfast (spaghetti for example) and then something like oatmeal and yogurt for dinner?

Is that a good idea or a bad idea?

Can you imagine yourself half awake in the morning preparing a traditional dinner and then washing and cleaning up and finally rushing to go off to work. It takes out the fun in the eating, no matter how delicious the food may be. You arrived at work tired and with such a full tummy, you may fall asleep as soon as you reached office. Go ahead do it for a change if you are on vacation but I don't think it is wise on working days.
