I need to work on my thighs, tummy and bottom? What should I do?!

I have no access to the gym.
And no equipment at home.

I have really B I G thighs, flabby tummy, and a massive bottom!

You could check if there are any martial art classes in your area, a kicking art like mauy thai or taekwondo can really work your problem areas.
If you can find a swimming pool thats always a good full body workout, or bike riding will work your legs really well.
At home you can run up stairs, do floor excercises (situps, leg raises), try skipping or get a kick bag.

free equipment is what you have at home. do you have stairs? 2 bags of rice or potatoes? have a bicycle?

if you do then you have equipment. lift the bags (1 in each hand) about 50-100 times. run up and down the stairs. ride ur bike around. also, bike riding is good for thighs. sit ups or crunches good for tummy, and bottom...well losing weight is being lost from all over ur body

i have the same problem. i know this isnt work out but i do yoga and it has helped ALOT cause you get strength in your muscles, not fat

Pilates is excellent, and there are lots of DVDs out there for it.
