Pain interfering with workout?!


Question: Whenever I workout, I do like 50 sit-ups and push-ups. The next day i feel pain on my targeted areas so i cant continue. should i continue and endure the pain or stop for the nxt day

Stop for the next day. The body needs time to rebuild.

No Pain - No Gain.

Take a day off from that drill and try another part of your body to tone. Rotate daily until your body is ready for the full gauntlet.

if you do 50 sit ups and pushups one day, the next day when your sore only do 25. you dont want to strain yourself or rip a muscle
