What's the best workout routine to burn fat?!


Question: I want to actually burn fat. So far, I play volleyball/baseball, and I weight train for baseball every day, but that only builds muscle. What should I do, run? Oh, I guess I should mention that my diet isn't that healthy.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. I see a personal trainer a couple of times a week for my strength training, and she has stated over and over again that I've got to up the cardio to loose the fat. And when I up the cardio, I begin to see more results. Try doing intervals or the "weight loss" cycle on an elliptical trainer.
