What is the fastest way.....?!


Question: what is the fastest way to loose weight without being on the verdge of practically killing yourself ? : ) [ a little damage to the bodys ok...just a little ] im supposed to be a brides maid in my sisters wedding and i kinda wanna look good i only need to probaly loose about 10 - 15 pounds but this is really important to me if you contribute to this question thanks alot. i kinda have to do this without like buying alot of stuff like serums out of stuff i could use at home would help ! or like something i could do on my own.

Actually the fastest ways to lose weight are healthy. See site below under fastest way to lose weight. Lose 5 pounds in an hour and be healthier. You will not be losing water or fat but something much worse for your health. You can easily lose 15 pounds in 5 days. First off, when is the wedding? Are we talking in a month or in a few days?
A good thing to do is drink a lot of water. 8 glasses a day. Start eating a lot of vegetables. You didn't say how long you had until your sisters wedding? But if you eat small meals every couple of hours you will not stare and you will burn calories. Example: Yogurt, Apple, Soup, Banana, then a low calorie dinner, fish & veg, or 4oz meat and veg., drink lots and lots of water. Exercise by walking around the block several times. If you did this you could lose 15 pounds or more in 2 weeks.

you know how my brother is on the whole healthy thing? well we've been eating lots of protein and fruits.
what you should do is eat lots of salad and things like that but you need to work out too. it should work.
