Alli weight loss pills?!

Question: if you've tried them what were your experiences with them? good or bad? did they actually help you with your weight loss or were they more of a waste of money?

I think that if you stick with it you will have to lose weight because you will just stop yourself from getting the fatty foods because you know you might have, well, explosive results. Now, I haven't had any super explosive movements yet BUT I do know when I get a little extra than the pill wants me to because when I use the restroom it is soft and also there is an oily substance that ALSO comes out with it. It feels gross and I feel like I need to shower again or something. Then it is like that all day. So, I have been doing bad on the pill because it was the holidays so I just quit taking them and decided to eat when and what I wanted... that's how I got how I am. BUT I will be starting up again, only being faithful this time. I am sure it can't hurt you, just holds you accountable if you "slip up" and eat that McDonalds or something. I take 2 pills though, instead of one because that was the original recommended dosage when prescribed via doctor. They made the pills less for over the counter for various reasons. Good luck and just stick to it!

Most diet pills only work if you exercise and eat healthy. What the ALLI does is it makes you not want to eat greasy or high fat foods because if you do you end up getting really bad diarrhea

My boyfriend used Alli for awhile, and he lost a good amount of weight... Only complaint is that you absolutely CANNOT eat anything greasy, or it makes your poop all liquidy and greasy! He said it was so nasty! Other than that, he liked it.

I took Alli and it was a waste of money. It didn't make me lose any weight and it was expensive. It is basically laxative.

Waste of money. Try eating a little less, and exercising a little more. The old fashion way works best. Just do it.
