What are things I could do to give myself a total body makeover?!
Question: Start eating healthy foods, fruit/vegetables either steamed, grilled or raw, lean protein like chicken and fish, high fiber carbs. Eliminate junk foods and high sugar foods. Exercise at least 5 times weekly, vary the routine by walking, biking, cardio etc. Also lift weights to tone muscles, doing upper body one day and lower the next. Going to a gym and talking to a trainer would be a good start.
