I cant help bingeing?!


Question: i eat really well throughout the week breakfast snack lunch snack dinner including plenty of fruit and veg and fresh produce rather than processed and fatty food etccc but! when it comes to the weekend when im in on a saturday night or something, i just eat, and eat, and eat.. andi dont mean just sitting and eating a bag of haribo, i mean sitting and getting up every five minutes to pick up another chocolate bar or bag of crisps.. i know that its almost like withdrawal systems from the week but its not as if i deny myself completely - if i want a piece of chocolate ill have one!
but i was hoping somebody would be able to scare me into stopping the bingeing! im 5'6 and around 120 so it isnt like im big or anything im just worried its damaging me in the long term...

could be to do with your blood sugar levels.

paul mckenna had a good way of combating cravings which i assume is what you're having. basically you tap certain parts of your body in a sequence that takes about a minute and the craving is gone and it actually works. something about sending signals to your brain and releasing chemicals.

i cant remember the sequence but im sure you can find it online or else get his dvd or something. this is the best diet advice i ever heard as it deals with the psychological side of eating which is what craving and binge eating is all about

binge on raw fruits instead.

as you know, chocolate has milk in it... but do you know whats all in milk? think about where it comes from and the kind of living conditions the cows live in and what they actually eat (which goes into the milk... like puss and other animal fat thats fead to them)
