In Need of Help With a Workout?!

Question: I'm 14 years old and about 5'5". I have always been EXTREMELY thin and pretty scrawny. I have been trying to find something that works for a while now, but I'm not sure I'm doing things right. I don't really have acess to anything other then a dumbell, and a bowflex but I am getting better results without it and I don't like it that much.
What I'm doing now:

Upper Body
bicep curls (about 5 or 6 a set right?)
push-ups (in sets of 20)
abs- this is the main problem
Crunches have gotten so it takes a lot of them to start to feel like they are actually doing any thing, so any harder ab exercise recommendations would be great. Also, any back shoulder and gluet exercises would be good too.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bicep curls are probably the most useless exercise in existence. They will disproportionately build muscle exclusively in your biceps, muscles which have no real importance. Push-ups are always good as a warm-up, but they shouldn't be an entire third of your workout. If you're serious about building muscle, I suggest you try some total-body exercises, instead of those which exclusively target one group of muscles. By total-body exercises I mean squats, deadlifts, bench press etc. (anything that requires the full use of your body to complete the exercise). As for abdominal exercises, you can try different variations of crunches of varying difficulty, such as flat crunches, bicycle crunches etc. I also recommend plank for the core.

i am 14 2 and skinny iv been workin out and i gotta 6 pac now jus keep doin those excersise and u will see results. Try doin as much push ups as u can and pausin for 90 seconds then do it again and pause for 60 and then 30

doing variation in your exercises will help better your results. trade a day and do yoga, palaties, or even cardio. also make sure you take 1 day off a week at least too.
