swim(i now its freezing but in like the summer to keep healthy maybe)
sing outloud (burns lot of calories)
when doing nothing tap figures (burns calories too)
soccer
basketball
vollyball
anything to keep moveing =D
youll loose up to 3-5 pounds a week if you choose 5-7 things of that list!
EAT RIGHT TIME
crud nobody eats more than 1200 calories a day normaly so dont listen to others! im 12 turning 13 and (dont rat me out kay) and i way sometimes 90-87 im so close to being overweight!
and i eat less then 1100 cals a day before i tried dieting
so eat 1000 calories a day not like your gonna die
eat lot of fruit veggies crackers nuts etc
eat for dinner meat and rice
OKAY BE HAPPY DONT OVER STRESS WITH LOOSING WEIGHT!! JUST BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY! AND TIME WILL FLY AND YOULL BE SKINNY YAY! (thats a song i made up lol)
HIGH TIME FOR TEA TIME!
drink lots of water,tea,orange juice,milk (drink only the water alot lol)
TIME TO GET SOME Zz 's =D
get lots of rest like 9 hours of sleep it helps for looseing weight
NO NO SNEAKERS!
no no no! no more EATING AFTER 7:00!
BREAKFAST YUMMY!
if you dont have time for breakfast grab a fruit or waffle and walk to school or eat it on your way to the bus stop
oh and get a cup of juice or bottle on the go!

Try a week-long watermelon diet, eat only watermelon and drink water, watermelon juice, lemon juice or any non-fizzy drinks. Once the week ends, Have 2 glasses of milk a day coz else u wud face calcium and protein losses. Eat non-oily, healthy, fresh and mostly raw food after the watermelon-week. Do NOT starve. Keep exercising throughout the whole period irrespective of diet. Remember that 1 and 1/2 hours a day should be the maximum limit for your exercise, while 45 minutes should be minimum.

Wu Long is widely known by scientists to increase metabolism and fat burning. Some studies suggest that it burns fat better than green tea by 157%. Studies have shown repeatedly that drinking Wu Long tea increases energy expenditure. According to an Article titled Energy Expenditure of US Men and Japanese Women Consumer Oolong Tea by researchers at the Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center, ARS, USDA, in Beltsville, MD; and the Department of Nutrition, University of Tokushima, and Research Center, Suntory LTD., in Japan, Wu Long tea increased energy expenditure, or the total calories metabolized by the body in a given day increased, on average, 3.8%. In women, a similar study showed that their body metabolism, as measured by a breath calorimeter, was higher in Wu Long tea rather than green tea. The scientists conclude that drinking Wu Long displays statistically significant effects on the energy expenditure of human subjects. They further state that drinking Wu Long tea daily may also be useful for control of diabetes mellitus.


In another article in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry (2001) Wu Long tea was also found to block fat absorption as well as fat storage in the liver and ears of rats who consumed sucrose rich diets. However, in this case, Green Tea was actually found to be more effective than Wu Long, leading to the conclusion that a mixture of Green and Wu Long tea may have the maximal health benefits we all look for.
