Question: im obsess with food especially when im under stressed
i would keeping eating, especially sweet stuff
what should i do?
if i dont eat, i could not even consentrate, i would think of food, keep think it until i let myself eat, however if i start to eat, i would not want to stop, cuz i have the feeling of it i stop i have to do those stressful works

Oh, do I understand. It's like this weird cycle; you get stressed out, you eat, it calms you down for a while, but then you get stressed out again, so you eat again, and then suddenly your pants don't fit, and then that stresses you out more. I know, I'm a stress eater too.
This is a hard old thing to get control of and when I tried I failed a lot. But then I actually started to succeed. I just started to make myself eat something healthy once a day. Even if it was an apple. I know it sounds dorky, but it was weird, when I started eating one good thing a day, I ate less junk. Then I started eating two good things a day, and I ate less junk. Then, I noticed that though my stress level was the same, I stopped reacting so terribly to stuff and was handling the stress better. Then I started taking vitamins. I just felt better and better on a daily basis. Before I was just crashing and binging, then feeling tons better and then just crashing again. Well, that's what helped me. I hope it helps you!

just clean when your stressed out, so you won't get big
You are what is called a "stress eater". I have a niece who is the same way and she became so obese. I also have the same problem but not as bad. What I do when I am under a lot of stress is drink a bottle of water. It's filling, healthy, and reduces the need to eat.
