Make sure you get all the following muscles, but on a split routine:
Chest
Back
Biceps
Shoulders
Triceps
Forearms
Traps
Quads
Hamstrings
Calves
Abs

dude get the abs.... that's what you want

It depends on what you're going for. If you want a good stomach you're going to want to work on the rectus abdominus and even the serratus anterior muscles. For the chest it's pectoralis major. For a toned back some of the most important muscles are the trapezius and the latissimus dorsi. For the legs you'll want the ham strings (a group of three muscles: Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus and Biceps femoris), quadriceps, gastrocnemius (calf muscles), and your inner thighs--the adductor longus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus and gracilis. For the arms it's biceps, triceps forearm flexors, and deltoids (shoulders.)

Instead of working all of these muscles every day you work out, a lot of people have a routine and do certain groups on certain days as to not overwork any one area. You can always look up some anatomy if you're that concerned. Hope this helps!
