How to lose weight....young athletic teen?!

Question: Hi,
I am just wondering, what is the easiest way to lose weight for a 17 year old?

Here is my situation. I have played sports all my life, up until the end of this last football season (which is the last sports season I will play). The season ended in late Nov., and I really stayed in the house and didn't do anything too active. Little did I know this would end me up with around 10 extra lbs within a month and a half!

During football season I was about 190 lbs, and I am 6'2 with a pretty built frame. No I am a ~200 lbs, varying day by day.

What do you think would be the easiest way to slim down and trim off those lbs. I gained? Dieting? Running? Working out?

There is really no super noticeable difference but I can definitely tell (from knowing my body shape when I am physically fit) that the added lbs have made my stomach area a little but more "fatty" or thicker.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Actually I think for you height 200lbs is perfect just tone it up

maybe jus walking..if u have a dog..walk it every night. i do that now and its ok.

walk 30-40 minutes non stop per day.

regular excersise like when u still played. but i don't c the big deal about ten pounds..you played football (totally hot) so no one will notice. and it's just a bit more cushion for the pushin
