If a child is very over weight?!
Question: im talking 2 years old 100lbs or over 400 at 7...yes u heard right.this is true,and a damn shame too.
now my question is if a child gets this big at such a young age,should the parents be held responsible? i think this should be a crime.they should have this kid takin away.i feel they did this to her....whats your take on this.

Yes it is a form of child abuse and should be punishable however in modern day law there is no specific law to determine action and consequence
Yes, it could be a form of abuse/neglect...but you don't know if there is a disease involved that makes the child blow up like that so you have to supply more info
