How to get a 6 pac and how long will it take?!

Don't eat many foods especially fatty foods...
Lots of exercise... examples:
Push Ups (50-100 times a day)
Pull Ups (50-100 times a day)
Sit Ups (50-100 times a day)
Jogging (1-3 hours times a day)
and do it... after 1 week you would see changes...

Run a few miles a day and do crunches. a few months. i had an awsome one when i played soccer.
get a pen and draw one on your chest
bout 4 weeks do 100 crunches a day

six pack is all in the diet cut out the sugars and bread and packaged foods.do abs three times a week make sure you do lower and upper.
Firstly it depends on what body type u have...if are a skinny type then just do crunches and other abdominal exercise with a little weight...
But if u are chubby then first u have to melt the fat by doing cardio exercises like running or swimming with proper diet...then work on ur abs because if u have fat in ur tummy ur abs wont be visible ....
for both body types in depends on how hard u work on it and ur diet the first two pacs it may appear in 4 weeks then get an another two pacs in like an another month or so and for the last 2 pac it takes some time coz ur diet really matter here and also remember by doing 1000 crunches u cant get abs fast....
