Quick Exercise Tips?!
Question: Okay. So during the week my schedule is so jam-packed that I only have time to exercise on the weekend and in 10th grade we don't take gym class, so I don't get any exercise in school. I eat pretty healthfully, but I know exercising is really important...are there any quick exercises I could do in like 10 minutes or short spurts throughout the night on homework breaks or something? Friday, Saturday and Sunday I'm fine but that's only 3 d/w and I feel so sluggish during the week- any advice?? Thanks so much!
P.S. I already know simple stuff like crunches, jumping jacks and push ups, anything creative and different that will keep me healthy?

run a mile, it will take less then 15 minutes
small jogging trambolines are fun. You can also get an exercise video - but I've found they can become boring after a while. Also, you could get a small set of barbells.
