Question: Okay Should i lose weight first and then get a six pack or do both at the same time? I'm 5'8 and weight 160 Pounds . All this has me confused i just want a six pack and how long will it take? Every answer is much appreciated!

lower your body fat (it hides the 6 pack) and use compound exercises...not sit ups, etc
