2 hours before you go to sleep. this way you'll have time to burn off some of those extra calories before bed. : )

supposedly maximum poundage time is after 8. Try not to eat too much after then

they say u should try to have ur last meal/snack 2-3hours prior to when u go to sleep. reason being is that u dont burn nearly as many calories when u are asleep so u want to burn those up before going to bed.

I must ask why so late? You should stop eating about 4 hours before going to bed. Eating too close to bedtime does not encourage a complete digestion of the foods and may create Gastric Reflux problems...where the acid flows up your throat.

It doesn't matter. A calorie is a calorie whether you consume it morning, noon or night. The question you should be asking is "WHAT should I eat before bed?" The answer is something high in protein and low in carbs. Protein will keep your body from catabolizing your muscles, and reducing carbs will prevent them from being stored as fat while your body is in a slower metabolic state.
