Eat right, exercise, and do plenty of ab workouts (twists, crunches, leg raises).

You cannot spot train or spot reduce. You have to train the whole body in order to promote fat loss and muscle tone.

do 100 or more regular sit ups non stop

you can't get abs like that unless you're her body type/thin. obviously there are about 20 different ways you can do crunches for upper and lower abs, but if you have fat on your stomach, doing crunches won't get rid of fat, it only puts muscle underneath it. in order to lose stomach weight you gotta do cardio ie running/biking for 20-30 minutes. but yeah. if you're already a flat stomach person, the only thing you can do is eat right and do mad crunches. DAILY. dont do situps, they're bad for your back.

what you can do this is some abs workout like...
1.crunches (Go SLOW) (legs in the air and put your hands behind your ears and do crunches but pretend you want to touch the ceiling with your chin)

2.out-in-out (lay down |sit up position| both feet flat on the floor, knees are in the air, and make a V or a gap between your legs, put your arms together, and go in (straight), then out of the right leg (straight), middle (straight), out of the left leg (straight)

3. Bridge (push up position, fore arms flat, and standing on your toes, make sure your back is straight and your looking straight. Also makes sure your but is not in the air)


in between each abs workout, make sure u straighten out your abs muscle. by doing this..

4. body flat on the ground, and ONLY lift your front body, Use your arms to push yourself up. (kind of bending your back |leaning back| but your on the floor.

Drop your body fat. Crunches will strengthen the muscles under the fat. Now, I am not saying you are as I haven't a clue what you look like. But, if you are working out and working your abs, and you still don't see anything, you need to eat more protein and avoid simple carbs and sugar.

you have to have a really low body fat% so that means doing cardio until you're skinny. after that do LOTS of crunches
