OOoooo babes be careful! I made myself very ill on this a while ago! Collapsed and everything! It messes with ya heart rate and can cause cardiac arrest! And i didnt even lose any weight (well very little anyway)
Make sure u avoid anything with Ephedrine in also! I cant stress how bad these are for you!
