Looking for a summer camp that allows 18 year olds, adventure or promotes weight!
Question: My brother is 18 years old- he has never been to a camp before and he is very overweight. He is slow for his age, probably at a 13 year old level. His common sense is normal though... I am looking for a camp that would help him be more involved with people, teach him a few things and also either promote or help him to lose weight. I am not sure how to find something like this- I know that he is pretty old now for camp, but also in his age group some experience adventure camp would not be for him as he has never done anything like that. Any help? I know this is a pretty specific question but I sure would like to give him a better summer than sitting at home eating and playing video games! Thank you so much to anyone who can help!

I would give a call to the local YMCA. I went to a day camp at the local Y when I was younger but that was back in the late 70's, it was a lot of fun
