It depends on how you cook it though, for example fried, not good.

My cheap eats choice is always eggs. They are a complete protein with a little fat, very good for you! Especially if you can get a hold of some local farm ones. Have a salad (and maybe a piece of whole grain toast) Works for any time of day for me! (especially if you are watching your weight) Good nutritional whollop.
