Tryong to lose 15 pounds, I drink 84.5 ounce of water a day is that enough?!

Good job drinking the water, but that's not enough. You need to exercises, even if its just 20 min a day. Also eat well (not necessarily diet). If i were you i would do a half hour of cardio and a half hour of light weight training 3-5 days a week. good luck.

You are not fat!
If you want to lose wieght still, then eat healthy foods and workout. Stay away from fast food!
I lost 2 inches on my belly, and 6 pounds from just staying away from fast food and resteraunts for 2 weeks. Water is good but you are drinking enough.
