Like most restaurants, their website should have a nutrition chart. Be careful though... it can be scary to know how many calories are in a burger. If I recall correctly, a McDonald's cheeseburger has 500. You'll want to check their site to be sure though.
If you need to know the exact amount of calories in the burgers, they have a pamphlet at McDonald's with all of the information on it. Also mostly all of the burgers now have the total calories on the paper they are wrapped in.

Depends on the type of burger. Just a regular burger is under 400 calories...and it goes up and up from there. A big mac has 940 calories, I believe.
