Weight loss pills. Which ones work?!

Question: Back in college I used Xenadrine and I found it to be a lifesaver... helped control appetite and boosted my super slow metabolism. I lost close to 65 lbs over a 4 month span. It's since gone off the market and the ephedrine free stuff is garbage.
Any pills out there that people recommend. I'll be working out in conjunction with the pill use.

Cylaris works great ive lost 12 pounds in the last week and a half, the worst side affect being a mild headache, it controls hunger like nothing else ive tried and seems to work great in boosting my metabolism.its caffiene based so it gives a great energy boost, only downside is you cant drink coffee/ other caffinated drinks on it.Hope this helps.

My grnadmother uses stackers and they work for her

long term, none really. sorry to admit it. most diet pills are placebos and the results, if any, that people achieve are psychosomatic or directly self-will which the pills are incorrectly given credit for. the ones that do work will only keep the weight off for a short time or while you are taking them so that the moment you stop, the pounds will gradually come back. that tends to be the case with dieting in general. I know, I've tried at least 4 in the last four years.

within the last few years a lot of new diet pills claim to have hoodia gordonii in them -a substract from a plant found in South Africa which actually acts as a natural appetite suppressant. The plants are so rare that you would actually have to go to Africa to find them. Companies will still lie and say their product contains the real thing but as the FDA has not been comissioned to test the validity, they can print whatever they want on the bottles.

be careful with what you put in your body and good luck on reaching your goal.
