Shaping up the legs...?!


Question: I like my lower leg, i have nice ankles and calves but my upper leg is kind of wabbly and yuk. My legs touch together when i walk. how can i shape up my upper leg and inner thigh. please help.

squats, and leg squeezes.( lay on your back, feet criss-crossed at the ankle, pump your legs together.) this really tightens the inner thigh, and this is coming from my personal experience. for extra support, put your hands underneth you,in your lower back and butt area. do like three sets of 10-20, everyday.

your not alone! it is very natural for women to have this! nearly every women does!
you need to work out your inner thigh muscles but when saying that you dont want them to become larger from muscle.
i would advise to go see a trainer to help you achieve your goal :)

Honestly I learned to ride a unicycle and now my legs are fab! And I can ride a unicycle. It was not easy but I have great legs no joke! Good luck!
