I work out very little, and I am slim.
Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. You can lose a lot of weight with just diet.

Try this, it's simple.
No alcohol, no caloric beverages (no juices, no milk, and obviously no sodas), no processed foods, no red meat, no pork, no starchy foods (rice, pasta, potatoes, bread).

Fill up on veggies. Eat some fruit, but in the morning only. Lean meats, like fish and chicken, are ok. Remember a serving of meat should be the size of the palm of your hand.

You will lose weight.
