Watching weight question, Help please!?!


Question: well, i am not worried about a "diet" or anything. I just am worried about what and how much i am eating. I have been constantly eating. Yesterday i drank a whole glass bottle of coca cola and then doritos and then cookies. my mom is aware of this and tries to keep it away from me but i just dont listen. about a month and a half ago i weighed myself and i was 78 pounds. now today i weighed myself and i am 85 pounds! I dont know what to do! I am scared that i could somehow get obese or really unhealthy. PLease help me. And please dont say something like, "youre too young to be worrying about that", or something like that. Please help

even if you don't get obese, those foods are still unhealthy. my sister is only about 130 lbs at 48 years old. she's active and strong. but she loves candy and salty snacks. her cholesterol and blood pressure are insane. she's trying to recondition herself. the problem is,she developed these habits early on and it's hard to stop. especially if she's still feeling good. my mother died from heart disease and wasn't obese. my father takes dialysis, insulin and a host of pills. he has a pacemaker. his diet is killing him. when the doctors told him to modify..............everything, he began hiding cookies, cheez-its and chocolates in his room. i'm watching him die.
if you're constantly hungry, nosh on healthy snacks. it's best to never let yourself get hungry. top off with an orange or a few crackers. lots of water.

i am newly (10 years) obese. i used to be svelte. i have been with weight watchers and have never felt better. i've lost 35 lbs in 3 and a half months and i feel great. i snack more than i ever have. instead of driving through taco bell or weinerschnitzel, i carry 100 calorie packs of goodies, fresh fruit, and gum in my car and purse. and baby carrots! yum. at work i have a chocolate mini bar and hot tea every afternoon break. i'm not missing anything. i eat bacon! it's just about how often and how much.

Constantly carry a bottle of water around with you, if its not time to eat something, drink from it.

However, never skip meals.

Don't worry about what you already ate. Just next time you want some cookies eat them after something good. I LOVE my cookies and won't give them up so I eat a turkey sandwich or some beef jeerky (anything with protein is great) right before. It fills you up and keeps away the sugar crash. And unless you're eating the whole bag of cookies and a whole bag of doritos at one sitting you don't have to worry about getting obese.

85lbs is very light so don't worry 2 much bout becoming overweight.Just eat well and keep active.Good LUck girl
