How can I loose 20 or 25 pounds in 3 months?!


Question: i am 5'6 and weigh around 160-165 i trying to loose weight at least 20 pounds by March 21st what are some good diets and good excerices i could do.by the way i already excercis at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day and try to drink at least 8 cups of water daily but what else can I do?

i Will suggest that u excises a lot. i am a model and i do sports a lot, i do gymnastics too, i eat healthy and i maintain how many times i eat in a day. i believe that you can loose this weight by firstly believing in yourself that you can do it, do not let anyone discourage you because if they do, it would make you have now self esteem and u wouldn't care about your body looks, secondly you could try to limit how many times you eat in a day, to loose weight you should at least eat 2 times in a day and mostly vegetables and lots of protein, try to prevent eating oily food and junk food like fries and burgers and slush es and chicken and meat, any fast food that is tempting you should prevent it


thirdly you should do a lot of working out and jogging at home or doing crouches on the floor or ponching on bags or the best thing to do is to but all those big balloon balls and roll on them and stretch a lot. i think that u never know the results until you try and if you do not succeed try and try again. i think that this would defiantly help you

keep your self will up. every calorie counts. no slacking. push yourself as far as you can possibly go at the gym.

first off your on a good start with the exercise
but portion control, is a big big thing, what you eat and how much..eat more vegetables and fruit. try cutting out the candy fast food and so on, OR at least cutting down on it. like maybe once a week.
cardio workout is a big fat burner which will also help you loos the weight, such as running/swimming.
its also a lot easier and sometimes more fun if you have a partner during the process, some one you can work out with someone who you can be around and not have to watch them eat greasy food and chips.
but remember that loosing the weight is only half of the goal, keeping it off is your ultimate goal. so just remember that once you loose the desired amount of weight that doesn't mean you can go back to eating all that junk food & fast food, because then you'll end up back where you are now trying once agian to loose the weight.
