Is this correct?!


Question: I go a gym for 6 days and I workout per muscle group once per week.I do 7 sets totally for large muscle groups and 5 sets totally for small muscle group such as bi,tri,shoulder,forearms,abs and calves!
BUt I use heavy weights and do about 6-10 reps for all the above muscle groups.
are these sets enough?

yeah..but i guess you need to work per muscle group around 2 to 3 times a week for better results.
